CANCELLATION POLICY<\/b><\/p>\n

To formalize the reservation, payment of 100% of the total amount of the stay is required.
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the following charges will be applied:<\/p>\n

50% of the stay will be charged if the reservation is canceled between 15 days before arrival and 7 days before entry.<\/p>\n

100% of the stay will be charged if the reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival.<\/p>\n

Check-in from 4 p.m. and check-out before 12 p.m.<\/p>\n

Breakfast Service (prior reservation; min. 24 hours in advance): We will bring it to you between 9:30? 10:30 a.m. to the same cabin.<\/p>\n

Reception hours: 08:00 – 20:00, answering calls until 22:00.<\/p>\n

We carry out the Check-In in person; It is necessary that you go to reception to sign the so-called traveler’s report. The day before your arrival we will contact you via WhatsApp to provide you with instructions, such as exact location, entry codes, etc.<\/p>\n

SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the accommodations.<\/p>\n

Parties, bachelor parties or other activities that may disturb the rest of other guests, as well as cause property damage, are not permitted.<\/p>\n

In compliance with current legislation, it is not permitted to have a greater number of people during the stay than that agreed upon in the reservation.<\/p>\n

The client agrees to leave the accommodation in perfect condition. If any damage occurs, the client must notify it as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Cleaning service: your cabin will be cleaned and linens and towels changed from the 3rd day of your stay, as long as you request it.<\/p>\n

Excluded from the cleaning service is the washing of kitchen utensils (cutlery, glassware and dishes), which corresponds to the guest, at whose disposal you will find detergent and supplies for this purpose in the kitchen of each bungalow.<\/p>\n

ALLERGEN INFORMATION<\/b><\/p>\n

In accordance with regulation no. 1169\/2011 on allergen information, Glamping Do Mar, S.L.<\/p>\n

informs its clients that the breakfasts offered in our establishment may<\/p>\n

contain: gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts.<\/p>\n

EQUIPMENT AND HOUSEHOLDS<\/b><\/p>\n

The accommodations have complete bed and bath linen, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, body milk and hair dryer.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen they have a variety of kitchenware, as well as a refrigerator, ceramic hob, juicer, toaster, kettle and Tassimo coffee maker.<\/p>\n

The kitchen does NOT have an electric oven (only microwave).<\/p>\n

PET ADMISSION CONDITIONS<\/b><\/p>\n

Accommodation of the pet will have a supplement of 10,? \u20ac\/night.<\/p>\n

We accept one pet per accommodation, which is adult, with sphincter control and lives inside the home (not outdoors).<\/p>\n

The pet must have its carrier, basket or blanket where it usually sleeps so that it does not feel strange and of course does not use the beds, sofas, rugs, etc.<\/p>\n

The animal cannot be left alone in the accommodation when its owners go out for a walk.<\/p>\n

You cannot bathe in the bathrooms, nor use the accommodation’s towels to dry yourself.<\/p>\n

The owners are responsible for any damage that may occur due to biting on cables or any other incident and also for any damage caused.<\/p>\n

INFORMATION OF INTEREST<\/b><\/p>\n

All our ellipsoids look towards the Atlantic, from different perspectives, through a large window and also have a private terrace, whirlpool bathtub (120\u00d7190),King Size double bed  and equipped kitchen.<\/p>\n

We have them for couples and families, with wooden bunk beds.<\/p>\n

They are numbered from 1 to 5, and each one is higher than the other, following the correlative order.<\/p>\n

They are located on ascending terrain, with quite a slope, which cannot be accessed by car; They have numbered parking within the property itself.<\/p>\n

We have a small stall set up inside reception, to be able to purchase different food products, as well as drinks.<\/p>\n

There is also the possibility of contracting the Home Service through the GLOVO application.<\/p>\n
